How Stizone handles local sticker work, account data, cloud backups, advertising, purchases, and your choices.
Private by default
Stickers and packs created in My Stickers are stored locally on your device unless you choose an account-backed feature such as private Cloud Backup or initiate a supported share/export. They are not published publicly by default.
Account and sign-in data
Google Sign-In through Supabase is the current working sign-in method. The Apple button shows a coming-soon notice and does not authenticate on Android or iOS in the current app. Stizone receives the account data needed for sessions and account-backed features.
Premium and purchases
Premium entitlement is verified by the server and relevant store. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund information is handled by Google Play or Apple where applicable. Stizone does not directly grant a paid entitlement on the client.
Private Cloud Backup & Restore
A signed-in Premium user can create private backups of supported packs. Existing supported backups can be restored by the signed-in owner. Backup files are not public catalog content.
Website analytics
This website uses optional Google Analytics (measurement ID G-PYSE6RY8DT) to understand page visits and site performance. The Google tag is not loaded until you allow analytics. You can accept or reject it and reopen Analytics choices in the footer; the choice is stored in your browser. Website analytics consent is separate from the Stizone app’s advertising and AdMob/UMP choices.
In-app advertising and consent
In the mobile app, ads may be shown only to confirmed Free users. Premium users see zero ads, and loading, unknown, or error membership states do not show ads. The app’s AdMob/UMP consent flow is separate from this website’s analytics choice.
Device permissions and local files
Photo-library access is used when you choose images or videos. Local sticker files, cache, and preferences stay on your device unless you use a feature that clearly transfers them.
Messaging services
When you choose a messaging action, Stizone prepares supported content and hands it to WhatsApp, Telegram, or Apple Messages. Those services process imported content under their own policies.
Your choices and deletion
You can clear supported cache, manage store subscriptions in the relevant store, and request account deletion in the app or through the documented process. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Contact support@stizone.com for privacy questions.
